Pricing
Ongoing work starts at $1,190 a month. What you get for it depends on what the project is. So below are the packages per area, with a concrete scope instead of hour bundles.
Prices are the same across all areas. What differs is the deliverables. Pick your area.
For businesses with a catchment area: trades, practices, law firms, hospitality, local service providers.

Not every project needs ongoing work. For many smaller websites an analysis with subsequent implementation is enough. All prices are entry prices, the actual scope depends on the size of your website.

Talk about itThe range does not come from me picking a number. It comes from projects having very different amounts of substance. Four things decide:
The state of the technical basis
A website that has grown over years with legacy issues takes months before content can have any effect at all.
Competition in your niche
Going up against established portals takes a different effort than a niche where nobody works properly yet.
The size of the website
Ten pages behave differently from ten thousand URLs with filters and variants.
Whether content is created from scratch
Reworking what exists is faster than writing from nothing.
Agency
The price covers account management, sales, offices and several layers between you and the person actually doing the work. That has advantages on large projects with many people involved. On smaller projects you mostly pay for the structure.
Freelancer
You talk to the person who also does the work. No overhead, no handing down to juniors, shorter paths. In return there are not three of me, and on very large projects I bring in my network rather than pretending I can do everything alone. More on SEO Freelancer.
Because scope determines the price, not the discipline. A month of work on a shop is not worth more or less than a month on a local website. What differs is the deliverables, and those you can see above per area.
No, cancellable monthly. Realistically you should still expect six to twelve months before work turns into a reliable flow of enquiries. Stopping after three months means paying for the build-up without the harvest.
That is deliberately not part of the agreement. You buy a defined scope, not a time budget. If a task goes faster than expected, that is my risk and not your problem.
Ad budget, link budget, licences for your own tools and developer time on your side. My tools are included. When development work is needed, your IT or agency gets finished tickets from me instead of jargon.
No, and nobody can do that honestly. At the start I define what we measure success against, and I report against it every month. If something is not working, that is in the report.
Then take a one-off service. For many smaller websites an audit with subsequent implementation is enough, and it runs for a while without support.
Yes, as a white-label partner behind the scenes. Different terms apply there, see White Label SEO.
Tell me briefly what it is about. I will give you an honest answer on what makes sense, even if that means it is not worth it right now.
